Pietro Francesco Mininni is the Chief Executive Officer of The European House – Ambrosetti Africa (Pty) Ltd, headquartered in South Africa.From 2022 to 2023, he was Italian Government Special Envoy to Africa to promote the candidacy of Rome to host the World EXPO 2030. He is also the Project Director of the annual TEHA’s flagship Forum in the African Continent (TEHA CEO Dialogue on Southern Africa), and he is the Founder and Executive Director of the CEO Community – African Chapter, a leading CEO club in the region. Since 2025, he is an Associate Partner at The European House - Ambrosetti S.pA., the holding company that manages and coordinates TEHA Group S.p.A.
He has founded other strategic platforms in Kenya, Egypt, and Rwanda (among others).
He leads the European Corporate Council on Africa and the Middle East, a trilateral concerted effort of public and private stakeholders to raise positive attention on the future of healthcare and of international partnerships in these regions.
He has worked at TEHA since 2012 and he has been active in strategically positioning the group internationally in key emerging markets, with a special interest in the field of business diplomacy, international forums, cross-border engagements, business intelligence and coalition building. He has extensive experience in multi-lateral international consulting projects, and he has a long track record of interactions with Heads of State, Ministers, CEOs, economists and other influential personalities from all around the world.
He received a M.A. in Cooperation and Development from the Institute for Advanced Studies IUSS in 2012, a M.A. and B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Pavia respectively in 2010 and in 2008. He visited Cambridge University at the Corpus Christi College in 2010, and he was student of Almo Collegio Borromeo, the oldest University college in Italy, from 2008 to 2010.
