 SERVICES FOR COMPANIES 

We support companies in realising tailor-made Open Innovation initiatives that, through scouting technologies, innovative solutions, start-ups and scale-ups, help companies find new sources of innovation, create industrial partnerships, and investment opportunities. The activation of these initiatives responds to companies' business and positioning needs.

Our support includes:

• Innovation design: support in the implementation of new corporate innovation strategies and assessment of current ones
• Technology scouting & roadmapping: support in the introduction of innovation in the company
• Startup scouting: research and selection of start-ups based on the company's innovation needs
• Startup valuation: analysis of the market potential and growth prospects of start-ups in order to evaluate financial investments or initiate industrial collaborations

TEHA Group's main award that each year honours three young innovators and aims to build a community of young leaders who will help create a better future. The Peres Heritage Initiative is inspired by the vision of youth innovation and entrepreneurship conveyed by Nobel Peace Prize winner Shimon Peres throughout his 24 appearances at the TEHA Forum in Cernobbio.

Initiative launched in 2024, during the 13th edition of Technology Forum, the flagship event of TEHA Group's InnoTech Hub dedicated to innovation and the latest technologies. Seven start-ups will compete in a pitch session to present their business to the audience who, through a live voting process, will establish the winner.

TEHA Innovation Factory supports start-ups and scale-ups in their growth path, by supporting the crucial phase of internationalisation, facilitating expansion into strategic markets such as the US, Saudi Arabia and Singapore, and raising capital, and also supporting them in their search for national and international investors.

• Go-to-market: design and evaluation of strategies to access foreign markets, in particular the US, Saudi Arabia and Singapore, through strong local business and institutional relationships
• Acceleration: support for the growth of start-ups and scale-ups through the search for investors, scouting of possible strategic industrial partners and mentorship by consultants trained in different business areas
