Benedetta Brioschi
Benedetta is Partner and Head of the Food&Beverage and Sustainability Practice of The European House - Ambrosetti.
In recent years, she has managed several projects carried out by The European House - Ambrosetti for public and private customers, aimed at developing a strategic vision through an accurate analysis of the scenario. These initiatives have involved the Top Management of national and multinational companies. Within the Food&Beverage and Sustainability Area, she carried out strategic studies and customised researcher for ADM – Associazione Distribuzione Moderna, Amadori, Cavit, Celli Group, Coldiretti, Conad, Coop, Parmacotto, Elior, Federalimentare, Federdistribuzione, Fiere di Parma, Italmercati, Nestlé, and many others.
She is the Project Leader of the Value of Water Community for Italy, a high-level multistakeholder platform on water resource management, seen as a driver of competitiveness and sustainable development; she is also Project Leader of the 5.0 Retail Community, a multi-stakeholder community for the development of scenarios, strategies and policies for the promotion of the specialized retail sector in Italy.
She previously worked at the UNIDO - United Nations Industrial Development Organization in Vienna, in the Department of Economics of the London School of Economics and Bocconi University, specializing in Development Economics and Econometrics. She received a scholarship from the Unicredit & Universities Foundation and an award for the best specialist thesis from the Grazioli Foundation. She graduated cum laude in Economics and Social Sciences at Bocconi University.
She is married and has two children.
