Since 2019, he is also consultant to the United Nation within the National Export Strategy program, funded by the European Union. As a consultant, he assisted over 500 enterprises from 16 countries in the world and several governmental organizations, and he held over 100 seminars to provide foreign enterprises, organization and professionals with guidance on doing business. Among the topics covered: geopolitical framework, economic development scenarios, attractiveness, sectorial analyses, export compliance, finance and payments, contracts, negotiation, and business culture.
As export compliance officer, registered at the European Institute for Export Compliance, he performed hundreds of product export and company and individual due diligence (KYC) to clear trading activities and financial flow against EU and US regulations.He oversaw and authored over 20 studies on themes involving macro-economics, industry position papers, market research and distribution analysis and strategy and sector development. He was previously founder and Managing Partner at Quarkup Group, a UAE consulting firm, specialized in entry strategy and international business development. Prior than that he worked at the DeLonghi Group, a leading multinational enterprise active in the field of home appliances, covering different roles in sales and marketing. Among the different countries he oversaw are: North America, South Africa, GCC and Iran.
He received a Master in Integrated Management from C.U.O.A. Business School, University of Padua, graduated cum laude in Science in Business Economics Communication from University of Trieste.
